1. Who we are
Korelia Trip is operated by KORELIA, a Seoul-based Korean travel agency. Business registration is currently pending. Once registration is complete, this page will be updated with full company details.

2. What we offer
We provide private tours, custom day trips, and travel coordination services in Korea. We may also coordinate K-beauty clinic appointments on your behalf, but we are not a medical provider. Any medical service is delivered by licensed Korean clinics directly.
3. Bookings are requests, not confirmations
When you submit a booking through our site, you are sending us a request — not a confirmed reservation. We review every request and respond within 12 hours by email and WhatsApp. Your booking is only confirmed after we send you written confirmation and you complete payment.
We may decline a booking if a tour is unavailable, if logistics don't work out, or for any other reasonable operational reason. In that case, no charge is made.
4. Payment
You don't pay anything when you submit a request. Once we confirm availability, we send a payment link with the final price. Payment is required to lock in your booking.
Prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) and include applicable taxes.

Quick summary:
- More than 48 hours before pickup → Full refund (100%)
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup → 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours or no-show → No refund
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking (name, contact, dates, guests)
- Show up on time at the agreed pickup point
- Follow your guide's instructions, especially for safety
- Carry valid ID and any required visa documents
- Behave respectfully toward your guide, driver, and other guests
We may end a tour early without refund if a guest behaves unsafely, disrespectfully, or under the influence of substances that put others at risk.
7. Things outside our control
We're not responsible for:
- Weather, traffic, or natural events that affect your tour
- Delays caused by airlines, immigration, or other transport providers
- Closures of attractions, restaurants, or clinics on your tour day
- Loss or damage to personal items during the tour
- Outcomes of any K-beauty treatment received at a clinic
If your tour is significantly affected by something on our side (e.g., we can't provide a guide), we'll either reschedule or refund.
8. K-beauty coordination
If you've asked us to coordinate a K-beauty appointment alongside your tour, note that:
- We help with timing, translation, transport, and clinic suggestions
- We do not provide medical advice or guarantee any treatment outcome
- You pay the clinic directly for any treatment received
- Treatment decisions are between you and the licensed clinic
- Treatments are for adults (18+); guests under 18 cannot enter clinics
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use our site after updates means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be handled by Korean courts.
