• Travel dates and tour preferences
• Number of guests (adults, kids, infants)
• Pickup hotel address
• Special requests you share with us
• If applicable: K-beauty treatment interests and clinic appointment timing

When you visit our site:

• Basic technical info (browser type, device, IP address)
• Pages you view and how you got here
• Cookies (see section 6)

We do not collect your payment card information directly. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and your card details are handled by them, not us.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Confirm and run your booking
• Send you confirmation emails and updates
• Coordinate with guides, drivers, and clinics on your behalf
• Reply to your questions
• Improve our service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Who we share with

We share only what's needed, only with:

• Tour guides and drivers handling your trip
• K-beauty clinics, if you've asked us to coordinate an appointment
• Service providers who help us run the business (email delivery, hosting)
• Authorities, if legally required

Anyone we share with is expected to handle your information confidentially.

4. International transfers

We're based in Korea. If you're booking from outside Korea, your information will be transferred to and stored in Korea. By using our service, you agree to this transfer.

5. How long we keep your information

• Booking records: 5 years (Korean tax and consumer protection law)
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe
• Website analytics: typically 14 months

6. Cookies

We use cookies to:

• Keep your session active
• Remember your language and currency preferences
• Understand how visitors use our site (analytics)
