Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026We try to keep our cancellation policy simple and fair. Here's exactly how it works.
The basics
When you submit a booking request, no card is charged. You only pay after we confirm your booking in writing. Once paid, the cancellation timeline below applies.
All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9), measured against your scheduled pickup time.
Refund timeline

How to cancel
Email contact@korelia.co.kr with your booking confirmation number, or reply directly to your confirmation email. Cancellation is effective from the time we receive your message.
We'll confirm the cancellation by email within 24 hours and process any refund according to the timeline above.
Refund processing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5 to 14 business days to appear in your account.
Currency conversion fees, if any, are not refundable — they're charged by your bank, not us.
If we cancel
Sometimes we have to cancel a tour — extreme weather, a vehicle breakdown, a guide unavailable due to emergency, or other operational reasons. In that case:
- We'll let you know as early as possible
- You can choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
- If we offered K-beauty coordination as part of your booking, we'll help you reschedule the clinic appointment or refund any related coordination fee
Bad weather
Tours generally run rain or shine — we adjust the route to keep guests comfortable. We only cancel for weather that makes the tour unsafe (typhoon warnings, extreme heat advisories, severe air quality alerts).
If we cancel for weather, the rules above ("If we cancel") apply. If you'd like to cancel because of weather but the tour is still running, the standard timeline applies.
Changes to your booking
Want to change your date, guests, or pickup hotel? Email us as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate, but changes within 48 hours of pickup may not be possible.
Changes that increase your tour cost (more guests, premium add-ons) require payment of the difference before they're confirmed. Changes that decrease the cost don't trigger a refund unless the original booking is cancelled under the timeline above.
K-beauty appointments
If your booking includes K-beauty coordination, the clinic's own cancellation policy applies to the medical appointment. We'll share the clinic's policy when we coordinate the appointment.
If you cancel the tour, the clinic appointment is your responsibility to cancel directly with the clinic.
