Refund Policy

KORELIA collects a ₩50,000 deposit to confirm your booking. This is a refundable reservation hold, not a service fee.

When you visit as scheduled

Once we confirm with the clinic that you have attended your appointment, we refund the full ₩50,000 to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The deposit is not used to pay for your treatment. All treatment fees are paid directly at the clinic.

When you cancel in advance

If you cancel 7 or more days before your scheduled visit:

• 50% of the deposit (₩25,000) is refunded
• The remaining 50% covers our booking coordination work (clinic communication, translation arrangement, time slot holding)

When you cancel late or do not show up

If you cancel within 7 days of your visit, or do not show up:

• The full ₩50,000 deposit is non-refundable
• This protects our clinic partners from last-minute schedule disruption

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free if requested 7 or more days before your original visit. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a fee depending on clinic policy — we will inform you upfront.

Treatment-related refunds

KORELIA only handles the ₩50,000 booking deposit. Treatment fees paid directly to the clinic follow that clinic's own refund policy. We are happy to help you communicate with the clinic, but the final decision rests with them.

Refund processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. International card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
